Job Responsibilities :

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of packaging machines at customer locations.
• Attend machine breakdowns and provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support.
• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in packaging machinery.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and servicing of machines.
• Conduct machine testing and ensure proper machine performance after installation and servicing.
• Coordinate with senior service engineers and internal technical teams for resolving complex issues.
• Travel to customer locations within the allocated base region as per service requirements.

Candidate Requirements :

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Willingness to travel within the allocated base location.
• Willingness to stay at customer sites during installation and commissioning projects.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Strong interest in field service, machinery, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical work.

Required Skills :

• Basic technical knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical systems.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
