UV Curing System

  • The CURAL WE UV drying system is setting new standards.
  • State-of-the-art tools both research and development have been used in its design. Water cooled extrusion and Electronic Ballast works as an excellent combination in low power consumption and high UV output. Equipped with Di-Chroic coated reflector ensure minimum heat and maximum UV output.
  • SUBA CURAL WE UV Curing system consists of water cooled Interdeck, End Of Press, UV hood with Electronic Ballast and Touch Monitor.

UV Light Irradiator:

  • Extruded Aluminum Hood, with water cooled system.
  • Shutter type system for open/close during impression on/off. Water cooled shutter for efficient heat transfer
  • Dichroic mirror reflector for UV lamps for more efficiency and cold UV.
  • Air suction detection high temperature cut off and shutter position detection.
  • Air pressure detector for individual hood.
  • Single Lock connectors for Easy removal.

Compact Control Panel:

  • Compact Control panel from Rittal, India.

Electronic Ballast:

  • Significant power saving. lamp idle power 20% or less.
  • Balanced three phase load.
  • Power factor @ 95%.
  • Eliminates high startup current.
  • Suitable for any type of lamp.
  • High Frequency (8-16KHz) square wave.
  • Available at 8/12/16/21 KW.
  • Stepless lamp power variation and control of initial start-up current.

Electronic Control System:

  • PLC controlled operation system with color touch screen for easy operation.
  • Internal Components of control panel adopt well known brands.
