Part Three: Safety Features

Whole machine One-key emergency stop button of the whole machine (the operation interface of the main machine). If there is an emergency, press the one key stop button to stop the operation of the whole machine including the feeding department, the main machine department and the conveyor department

The emergency stop button on each part, the main engine department and the conveyor department have separate emergency stop button. When necessary, the emergency stop button of a certain part can be pressed to stop the operation of the part separately to ensure the normal operation of other parts of the equipment

Install a protective cover outside the gear/roller/slope conveyor to prevent the operator from mistouching and avoid foreign article go into running machine. These will be easily removable and operator should be able to put them back quickly and easily.

(Both slope conveyor cover and slope fan cover are optional)

The limit switch is set up to prevent the operation failure caused by the worker misoperation on the hardware. The distribution of the limit switches at each position is:

2. Servo Motor Control on Top Feeder Pallet Up and Down

Use a servo motor to automatically control upper paper feeding pallet up and down, with more stablity and accuracy.

3. Double Bearing and Automatic Refueling System

Roller with increased diameter of 150mm, double bearing for better stability. Automatic refueling system aim for maintenance-free equipment.

4. Leading Edge Bottom Feeder (for GW-1450L/1700L/2200L):

The unique servo vacuum paper feeder specially applies for deformed, warped corrugated papers.
