Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in Tally.
  • Prepare quotations and offers using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor dispatch schedules and follow up regularly.
  • Support internal teams for smooth procurement operations.

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Tally.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)

Experience :

  • 0–2 years (Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply)
